FAQ

Please read all of my terms and conditions before purchasing. Your purchase means that you agree to my turn around time or that we have agreed on an earlier shipping time.

If you need your order by a certain date please let me know.

If you need a special order item, payment is required prior to me ordering and receiving that item, so please factor that into your time frame.

Payment must be received prior to work beginning on your order. Custom orders are not returnable.


All items are made to order.
Once your order is received, please allow 10-14 business days (Mon-Thur) for turn around (not including shipping days).
Business days include: Monday - Thursday
Business days no NOT include: Weekends or Holidays.
Please do not use weekends or holidays when calculating the turn around time.

Please allow 24 hours to receive a reply once you message me. On work days my main focus is getting orders out as quickly as possible. I will be able to read your message right away and if you are needing to make any changes to your order I will see your message and make those changes, but I may not be able to respond until after 6pm.

I cannot provide refunds or exchanges as every order is custom made for every customer. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been made.

To ensure there aren't any delays with your order PLEASE make sure to include ALL necessary information with your payment (please read the item description). If I have to message to clarify a detail it will put your order on hold until a response is received. Thank you :)

SHIPPING DELAYS AND RUSH ORDERS: A Rush order fee is only to add you to the top of my order list and will not make your ship time any faster once it leaves my hands. Your order will only ship via the method you chose at checkout. Please note that the only guaranteed shipping method in priority express. No refunds will be given for custom orders that are delayed while in transit so please choose a method that you feel comfortable with. If we spoke previously about an agreed upon delivery date, I will give you a refund if the original estimated delivery date on your tracking number is after the date you need it and your order did not arrive on the date you needed it. If your order is delayed, I will take all the necessary steps to help you locate the package and try to get it to move a little faster. Please realize that I can only guarantee that an order will ship out in enough time to reach you by the date you need it and I cannot guarantee that postal delays won't cause it to be late.


* ADDRESS CHANGES* I can not make any changes to shipping addresses when the order is placed. Please make sure that you shipping address is entered correctly during check out. Shipping labels are automatically generated to the address as entered by the buyer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address you will be required to re-purchase shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

*RETURNS* All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty. If it was an error on my part returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they must be postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund Custom made orders are non-returnable. Please contact me with any problems and I will do my best to work out a solution. I want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
